To participate in the Montana medical marijuana program, you must be a resident of Montana and have a valid MT ID, Driver’s License or Tribal ID.

Minors require a parent or guardian MT ID, Driver’s License or Tribal ID, the minors’ birth certificate, and two physician signatures.

Once approved, all patients will receive a 60-day temporary card upon registration with the state. Once registered, your card will be mailed out within 7-10 days of processing and is valid for 1 year.
